Our doctor and staff strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered. The fee for endodontic treatment will be determined by the extent of the treatment and complexity of the case.

If we are working with your insurance company, we are happy to verify your benefits so that we can approximate your portion as accurately as possible. While we do our best to estimate your out-of-pocket expense, actual payment will be determined by the insurance company once they process your claim. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by the office regardless of your insurance coverage. If we are not in contract with your dental plan, you may still have “out-of-network “ benefits. As a courtesy to you, we are happy to submit your claim to your dental insurance carrier.
